Poojya Guruji Sri.N.V.Raghava Chary (Meena2) was a contemporary of Sri.B.V.Raman, and other famous astrologers of the last century. He was always three steps ahead of others, often surprising them with stunning and thought-provoking presentation of hitherto unexplored possibilities of prediction using concepts like Uttama Drekkana, Bhinna pada, Nakshatra digbala and Pancha Siddhanta based stellar astrology. While there is mention of these concepts in Vedic astrology, Sri.N.V.Raghava Chary (Meena2) was the first one to work on them in depth, highlighting their importance in prediction. In his famous book on PRACTICAL STELLAR ASTROLOGY, he had used the ancient sutra system to present new rules to help proper prediction. People saw for the first time mention of concepts like Jeeva/Sareera, Gunas, Aspects between Stars, Division of a Day into Nakshatras, (akin to frequency-time domain transformation in mathematics) that led to development of applications like Nakshatra Prasna and Kalamsa –Guna etc by his illustrious son Prof.N.V.R.A.Raja.

Jyotisha Acharya, Naadi Jyotisha Kesari (JKR) Dr. NVRA Raja, popularly known as MEENA 2 JUNIOR is an eminent philosopher, counsellor and practising Astro-Psychologist since 1993. Born at Trivellore near Chennai (Tamil Nadu) and did his graduation in science. He is in the mining profession for the past 30 years.

He is appointed as “Asthana Jyotisha Vidwan” of Sri Ahobila Muth by His Holiness 45th Srimath Azhagiya Singar at Ahobilam. He has been into the science of occult for a long time. He had the fortunate guidance of his father Late Sri N V Raghavachary (Meena2) who did 60 years of research in Jyotisha particularly in Stellar Astrology (Naadi). He was drawn to occultism and gradually destined towards astrology. His academic track record includes his successful pursuits of M.A. in Astrology, M.A. in Philosophy and Religion, Post graduation Diploma in Business Management and Ph.D. in Astrology.

He is fully committed to professional and research activities in astrology. He has authored scholarly works and contributed several research articles to various journals. He has been actively participating in a number of conferences, seminars and National and International workshops and presented research papers. Apart from a profound interest for the subject, he has a flair for teaching and counselling people in the field of astrology. He is the guest faculty and resource person to the master’s programme, in the P S Telugu University, Hyderabad, India and visiting professor at a number of institutions of astrology. He has many titles of honor to his credit in the field of astrology. He was conferred with the titles of “Jyotisha Ratnakara”, “Jyotisha Vijnana Marthanda”, “Jyotisha Vidya Bhushanam”, “Jyotisha Maha Sidhanthi”, “Jyotisha Vidya Bhaskara”, “Jyotisha Acharya”, “Jyotisha Vidya Nipuna”, “Jyotisha Rakshamani”, “Daivagna Ratna”, “Daivagna Shiromani”, “Daivagna Bhushana”, “Naadi Jyotisha Kesari”, “Jyotisha Marthanda”, “Athendriya Sakthi Sampanna”, “Daivagna Bhaskara” etc. His PhD dissertation titles “Stellar Effects in Astrology – Jeeva and Sareera” published in book form has been well received throughout India. Dr. Raja has written naadi books on Jeeva & Sareera and Kalamsa Gunas concepts for prediction purposes. His new method of Prasna sastra called Nakshatra Prasna is very popular among many astrologers. He desires that the subject, astrology should reach the end user who needs it and has been working hard towards this noble cause continuously.

Prof. Hymavathi Bhattar, founder or Sanskrithi Academy is a proficient Nakshatra Sidhantha astrologer. She received her training in the Meena 2 Naadi System under the guidance of Prof. NVRA. Raja. Prof. Bhattar holds a bachelor’s degree from Sri Sathya Sai institute of Higher Learning, as well as a master’s degree in Astrology with top honors from Osmania University. Additionally, she has earned a master’s degree in the Meena 2 Naadi System. Her expertise lies in the field of Nakshatra Sidhantha, making her a respected authority in this area of astrology.

Prof. Hymavathi Bhattar earned a Ph.D. for her dissertation titles “Stellar Effects – A Study of Planets’ Aspect and Reflection.” With a family background in astrology, she has harbored a profound interest in the subject from a young age, benefitting from the extensive knowledge of her late father, the renowned astrologer Late Sri. D.G.K.Sastry. She has been providing suggestions and guidance to many clients across the globe.

She served as a senior faculty member at JKR Astro Research Foundation, where she has been teaching Nakshatra Sidhantha since 2016. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she has organized numerous seminars and delivered lectures on the Meena 2 Naadi system across various platforms. She has also authored another well-received work, “Marriage Compatibility” – Identifying a Spouse’s Lagna and Nakshatra through Jeeva and Sareera, which reflects her deep knowledge and insightful approach to the subject."
